their Instagram engagement through various graphical and map-based representations.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms
of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please
do not use our services.
2. Service Description
InstaGraph allows users to upload a document named "liked_posts.json"
containing data of their liked Instagram posts. The service analyzes
this data to provide graphical and map-based representations of your
Instagram activity. The data is processed client-side only and does not
leave your device.
3. User Accounts
To access the service, you must purchase one of two access plans: a one-year
plan or lifetime access. Payment is processed through Stripe. There are
no subscriptions or recurring fees.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that the document they upload is the
"liked_posts.json" file. Our service will not function with any other
document type. Users are free to share and use the analysis provided
by our service, including for commercial purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our service is generated from user data
without retention or reuse by InstaGraph. Users retain ownership of the
data they upload, and InstaGraph claims no intellectual property rights
over the data analyzed by the service.
6. Refunds
Refunds are not provided except in circumstances where a user is legally
prohibited from downloading data from Instagram. In such cases, users
may request a refund by contacting our support team.
7. Modifications and Interruptions to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without
notice to the user. InstaGraph will not be liable to you or any third
party should we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the service.
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our
service.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding
arbitration in Berlin, Germany. By using our service, you waive the right
to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. You are advised to review
these terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these terms are
effective when they are posted on this page.
